Mr. Praveen Kadle, with an illustrious career spanning 40 years, has held key roles including Director-in-Charge at Garware-Wall Ropes, VP of Finance at Tata-IBM, Executive Director at Tata Motors, Founder Managing Director of Tata Capital and Chairman of Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Company Secretary. He has received many prestigious national and international awards for his contributions to the corporate world. Currently, he leads Prachetas Capital Pvt Ltd and serves on various boards.

He is also the President of the Standing Committee of Shri Chitrapur Math. Mr. Kadle founded the Rithwik Foundation for Performing Arts in Pune to promote music and the arts.

Mr. Satish Tonse Rao has over 36 years of extensive banking experience, specializing in various areas across multiple countries like India, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Kuwait, and Qatar. He has worked at Kuwait International Bank, QInvest in Qatar, and has served as an Adviser to the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank.

A gold-medalist from IGNOU (with an M.Com in Banking and Finance), Mr. Rao’s professional credentials include a FRM Certification from GARP, USA, Basel II Certification from PRMIA and many many more.

He is currently the Vice-President and Treasurer of the Standing Committee of Shri Chitrapur Math, Shirali, and plays an active role in its charitable activities.

Mr. Dilip Mavinkurve has over 35 years of experience with the State Bank of Mysore, including roles as Chief General Manager and Managing Director. He also led their overseas operations in Los Angeles. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Goa

Mr. Mavinkurve is a member of the Managing Committee of the Mysore Education Society, which has impacted the lives of over 85,000 students and more than 3,000 staff. He is also deeply involved in the Shri Chitrapur Math, Shirali, holding key positions such as Vice-President of the SCM Standing Committee, Chairman of the Donor Facilitation Cell, Chairman of the Apex Committee on Education, and Chairman of the Legal Committee.

Mr. Shivanand Mudbidri has over 30 years of rich experience in the legal departments at organizations like LIC, Hindustan Lever, Hindustan Construction, and Afcons Infrastructure. He holds degrees in Commerce and General Laws, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution. 

He now devotes himself full-time to Shri Chitrapur Math, serving as the Honorary Secretary of Parijnan Foundation and various other trusts including Shree Trust, Karla Durga Parameshwari Temple & Religious Trust, and Karla Education Trust. Additionally, he holds the position of Secretary at Shri Anandashram Trust and Shri Anandashram Educational & Charitable Trust.

Mr. Uday Kumar Gurkar has over 28 years of industrial experience at companies like Crompton Greaves, Castrol Ltd., German Remedies Ltd., and Sanofi India. He held key positions such as Chief Internal Auditor, Financial Controller, and Company Secretary. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Practicing as a Chartered Accountant for over 17 years, he has served on the Board of SVC Co-operative Bank Limited for the last 15 years and is an Independent Director and Chairman of FDC Ltd. Additionally, he is actively involved as a Trustee in various charitable institutions run by Shri Chitrapur Math.

Mr. Nandan M. Chandavarkar, who joined FDC Limited in 1993, rose to Joint Managing Director in 2004. With expertise in technical, regulatory, and marketing operations, he oversees critical functions like Technical Operations, Distribution, Human Resources, Business Development, R&D, Quality Control, Sales Force Excellence, Trademarks and Patents, and Marketing, collaborating closely with the Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Karnataka University.

Apart from his corporate role, he is a Trustee in charitable institutions managed by Shri Chitrapur Math, Shirali, and a Member of its Administrative Committee, showcasing his multifaceted contributions to the community.
